Customization, OEM and ODM
SANWZB offers drawing-based or sample-based customization, including non-standard sizes and OEM/ODM cooperation. A custom fixture begins with the part and its required position. It should not begin with an assumed table size or a generic accessory list.

Send the information that determines the layout
Provide part and assembly drawings, overall dimensions, material, quantity and critical locating features. Include the welding or joining process, access restrictions and any existing table or robot interfaces. Tell us how the part is loaded and removed, and whether the fixture must accommodate multiple variants.

Resolve locating and clamping separately
Locating elements establish the intended position; clamping holds the part against those references. During review, identify which surfaces can accept contact and which must remain accessible. Clamping force, supports and the operating sequence need to suit the actual component and confirmed fixture design.
Protect the technical information
An NDA can be discussed before sharing confidential drawings. Identify the authorized contact and drawing revision so that quotation and manufacturing use the agreed technical files. Custom packaging, printed labels and neutral packaging can also be discussed as part of the order scope.
Confirm the commercial and technical scope
Lead time depends on the design, order quantity, material and production schedule. The supplied FAQ gives 10-15 days as a typical reference for some custom orders, subject to confirmation. Request a project-specific quotation rather than treating that reference as a delivery guarantee.
