Prepare a complete RFQ
For standard products, provide the model or product link, size and quantity. For custom work, include drawings, material, dimensions and critical requirements. Add the destination, intended use and contact email. Request an electronic brochure if you need help identifying the starting system.
Quotation and trade terms
EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP can be discussed according to the destination and shipment. Shenzhen, Guangzhou or an agreed port may be used. Ask the quotation to identify the included transport, insurance, customs responsibilities and any destination charges applicable to the agreed trade term.
Availability and production timing
Availability is confirmed by model and quantity when quoting. The provided FAQ gives 10-15 days as a typical reference for bulk and certain custom orders, with changes possible for peak periods, special materials or order scope. Use the written order confirmation for the actual production and dispatch schedule.
Packaging and shipping
Neutral packaging, custom logos and labels may be requested. Mixed model shipments are available. Sea freight is the main shipping method; land transport can be discussed for suitable countries and routes. Packaging details and handling requirements should match the table and accessories in the order.
Payment and documents
T/T, L/C and PayPal are described in the supplied FAQ; availability and terms are confirmed in the quotation. Proforma and commercial invoices can be provided for payment and customs. Do not treat the inquiry website as a confirmed online payment offer.
Receiving and quality questions
Compare the shipment with the packing list and agreed order scope. If a quality issue is suspected, send the order reference, product identification, photographs and a description to [email protected]. Returns, replacement or resupply are reviewed against the actual issue and agreed terms; this page does not set a universal warranty duration.
Confirm dispatch for the actual order
Do not apply a 48-hour dispatch assumption to every product. Stock, configuration, order quantity, packing and the agreed shipment must be checked for your order. Use the written quotation and order confirmation for the actual production and dispatch dates.
