Start with the drawing and the datum plan
Send the workpiece drawing, dimensions, material and expected quantity. Identify the surfaces or features that establish the assembly position, the joining sequence and the areas that must remain accessible. Define the manufacturing scope
A quotation should distinguish the base table, support structure, locating elements, clamping devices and any custom components. Clarify surface treatment, required inspection documents and the drawing revision to be manufactured. Optional or project-specific items should be identified separately.
Review before release
Agree on the layout and acceptance requirements before manufacturing. For an existing table or robotic cell, provide interface drawings and the relevant installation constraints. Final loads, tolerances, materials and interfaces must be confirmed for the selected model or project.
Prepare for installation and use

Weight and load capacity
A published table weight describes the mass of the table; it is not an allowable workpiece load. Ask for the confirmed load capacity, support arrangement and any load-distribution conditions for the exact configuration. Provide the workpiece weight and proposed locating and clamping layout during technical review.
