Fixturing Kits (system D28): Product Overview

Fixturing Kits (system D28) brings together components for configuring a modular welding work-holding setup. Use the kit list and component illustrations below to identify the supplied parts for the D28 system. A kit should be selected around the joint geometry and locating points required by your workpiece.

Technical Specifications and Available Configurations

◆ A complete welding table system, including welding table and clamp accessories, 
easy to use, we recommend 4 Fixturing Kits.
◆ Suitable for standard grid 100x100 (mm) welding table and Diagonal grid 100x100 (mm) welding table.
◆ The surface requirements of the fixture accessories listed in the list are recommended by default.
 If there are other requirements, you can choose the corresponding product code in the Product Catalog.
◆ In order to facilitate the selection, we have listed the commonly used welding table sizes and their surface treatment. If the welding tables need other sizes and specifications, you can contact us offline.(Refer to the welding table selection below on this page)

Selection and Setup Guidance

Check the component list, quantities, mounting interfaces and access for welding before choosing a kit. Plan how the workpiece will be located, supported and clamped, then identify any additional components needed. Components from different bore systems should not be assumed interchangeable.
