Transport Ring: Product Overview

A handling attachment for moving heavy welding-system components in accordance with the installation and safety instructions below. Choose the ring and fastening arrangement for the actual component and lifting configuration.

Technical Specifications and Available Configurations

● For fast, easy and safe transportation of all heavy system components (e.g. worktable)
● Transport ring must be attached with at least 2x bolts!
● The transport ring must be fastened centrally on the worktop. When using two transport rings, these must be fastened centrally and symmetrically on the worktop. The maximum diagonal pull may not exceed 45° here (see warnings)
● Loads may only be applied to the transport ring in the ring plane! Do not exceed the load capacity!
● The general regulations for means of transport have to be observed when using the transport ring!
● Only undamaged Transport ring and PPC / PC-bolts may be used!
● Internal operating instructions must be observed!
● Observe the warnings on the transport ring!
● Countersunk head bolts may not be used!
● Do not allow personnel to stand underneath suspended lots.

Selection and Setup Guidance

Confirm the rated capacity of the complete lifting arrangement before use. Retain the specified bolt arrangement, central positioning and permitted load direction. Inspect the ring and fasteners before every lift and keep personnel clear of suspended loads.
